Job summary

Bosch Türkiye is seeking an Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to plan and execute maintenance for complex machines and equipment, both planned and unplanned. The role requires hands-on involvement in machine construction and revision activities and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will use SAP maintenance module, participate in production transfer projects, manage spare parts, and drive problem solving and technical improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical‑Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with SAP maintenance module.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Minimum 2 years of similar work experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan electrical and mechanical maintenance for machines and equipment (planned and unplanned).
• Participate in production transfer projects focusing on maintenance of new machinery.
• Contribute to machine construction and revision activities.
• Handle spare parts management.
• Lead problem solving and technical improvement initiatives.
