As a technician on the Special Task team, you will be a part of Vestas Turkey, which aims for safety and high service quality. You will receive support from a manager and two planners and work alongside experienced colleagues. In this highly dynamic work environment, you will develop yourself and find opportunities for career growth both nationally and globally. Our Special Task Technician positions are primarily permanent, full-time contracts (unless otherwise specified) and offer long-term roles throughout the duration of our service agreements.

Responsibilities

By always adhering to Vestas HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) policies and processes, you will play a significant role in delivering services and solutions that meet our customers\' expectations together with the Special Task team.

• Working on the replacement and repair of main components in the turbine, ensuring the adherence to Vestas\' procedures and instructions, particularly concerning safety rules and policies.
• Providing suggestions and ideas for continuous improvements in technical documentation, work instructions, and certification processes.
• Performing the tasks of the Special Task team (such as tower top repairs, main component changes, upgrades, field tests, etc.), and collaborating with crane teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Highest level of job safety awareness
• Qualified experience in machinery and mechanical fields • Experience as a service or maintenance technician will be an advantage
• Intermediate level of English literacy
• Basic technology skills for computer use and reporting
• Class B driver's license and active driving experience
