Our client is a Holding Company and looking for a M&A / Financial Executive / Ass. Manager for their growing organization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree
- Min. 7 years of M&A / Financial Audit experience in Big4, corporate finance, investment banking, project finance teams
- Having strong IFRS background
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Ability to maintain and develop complex financial models and presentations
- Able to work strict deadlines in demanding environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- No travel restrictions
Job Description
- Reporting to M&A Manager
- Actively participate in identifying and evaluating new investment and business opportunities both domestically and internationally as part of the holding's growth strategy
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with consulting firms in M&A projects
- Conduct in-depth market research on target markets and sectors
- Perform financial valuations and feasibility studies for potential targets
- Analyze the financial status of companies and develop detailed financial models
- Support investment decisions by preparing future projections and scenario analyses
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for the board of directors and other senior executives
- Contribution to the preparation of solo and consolidated financial reports in accordance with both International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS)
- Actively participate in coordinating annual audit process with the auditors and internal teams
- Be an active team player in the due diligence projects
- Contribution to scenario analysis and management reporting needs
- Control and coordination of the rating processes
