Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Istanbul is seeking a Sommelier who will curate exceptional wine experiences for guests. This role involves overseeing wine selection, inventory management, and staff training to enhance service standards across dining venues.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury environment and possess strong knowledge of wines and spirits. Excellent communication skills and a WSET Level 2 certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sommelier in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and beverage trends.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert wine recommendations and food pairing suggestions.
• Maintain and develop wine lists, monitor inventory levels.
• Conduct wine training sessions for team members.
• Drive wine sales through guest engagement.
• Ensure compliance with service standards and safety procedures.
