Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail
• Proven track record in people management, coaching, customer development, sales generation & achieving targets
• Flexibility to work in various roles (sales floor, operations, etc.)
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends & holidays
• Superior communication skills, verbal & written; strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Ability to present business strategy using current technology with professional presentation skills
• Demonstrated professional presence and integrity in interactions with clients & staff
• Must have authorization to work in the country of the position
• Turkish and English speaking abilities are mandatory; third language a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop & execute an annual store sales plan to meet targets
• Understand & analyze business needs, productivity and KPIs to provide insights
• Lead daily performance through effective communication at store and SP level
• Execute retail excellence standards across the store
• Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage competitor insights and sales opportunities
• Identify & elevate stock and merchandising needs to drive growth
• Oversee store operations, health & safety, maintenance
• Align resources to reflect store needs and product potential
• Conduct regular team meetings to motivate and engage staff
• Recruit and develop talent; build robust development plans
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and activate new client sources
• Coach teams on CRM usage and client development
• Execute events in partnership with PR to align with commercial goals
• Manage customer issues and maintain lifetime loyalty
