Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related fields
• Proficiency in English
• Minimum 4 years of logistics experience, preferably in transportation
• Strong communication skills for coordination with customers, program managers, and local teams
• Systematic and regular working style with strong follow-up skills
• Customer-oriented with initiative-taking ability
• Understanding of business structures and customer requirements
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of MS Office; Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Effective presentation skills
• Experience in KPI reporting and performance follow-up
• Residency in Istanbul, preferably on the European side
• Knowledge of transportation activities, preferably LSHC
