Job summary

A global logistics company in Esenyurt is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage customer relations, oversee warehouse operations, and handle financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in logistics, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English and MS Office, particularly Excel, is necessary. This role focuses on maximizing customer satisfaction through effective coordination and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics (Experience in LSHC is an asset)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation
  • Strong command of MS Office programs, with advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps, reporting)
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to transform needs into solutions
  • 2+ years of experience working cross-functionally with support functions
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Excellent follow-up and tracking ability to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • No military obligation for male candidates
Nice-to-Have (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of quality, GMP, and GDP standards in Life Science & Healthcare operations
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, OMS, automation projects, etc.)
  • Skilled in managing operational KPIs, performance tracking, and driving continuous improvement
