Job Description

• Supervise daily inbound, outbound, inventory, and order picking operations
• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of warehouse team members
• Ensure compliance with FIFO, 5S, and occupational safety standards
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize regular cycle counts
• Operate and monitor warehouse processes using SAP
• Collaborate with Sales order management, production, quality, and planning teams to ensure seamless operations
• Support team development through coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to efficiency projects
• Managing SAP S/4HANA rollouts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferably in Industrial Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Fluent in English
• Experience with SAP (WM or EWM module is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and structured environment
