Required Qualifications of Ideal Candidate:

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and control customer credit/debit notes by taking appropriate and timely actions to resolve them.
• Download End of Production (EOP) letters from the customer B2B portal and communicate them to relevant plants, responding to customers using defined templates.
• Prepare and send obsolete parts files to customers promptly using the appropriate template.
• Download customer purchase orders (POs) from the B2B portal, register, and distribute them internally.
• Manage delivery performance penalties and take necessary actions to address them.
• Prepare and manage Excess & Obsolete (E&O) reports.
• Prepare Goods In Transit (GIT) reports.
• Manage weekly CSC (Customer Service Center) Stellantis reports, including stock levels, stock aging, and KPIs.
• Perform monthly stock reconciliations between third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and SAP.
• Manage and prepare weekly logistics claims reports, coordinating with Yazaki plants and logistics providers to resolve issues.
• Respond to customer claims via the B2B portal and generate required GQRS V10 and C documents for Yazaki plants and logistics providers.
• Administer the CSC packaging provider portal by supplying necessary inputs.
• Coordinate stock-taking activities with packaging providers.
• Act as the Quality Management System (QMS) representative for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with standards and requirements.
• Support NYS (New Yazaki System) initiatives such as 5S, visual management, and waste (Muda) elimination.
• Comply with all company processes, policies, and procedures at local and central levels, aligning with legislation and regulations.
• Maintain the integrity of the QMS during planning and implementation of changes.
• Initiate, track, and document corrective and preventive actions in response to non-conformities.
