Job Description
  • Introduction of new business models and customer requirements
  • Dimensioning and planning of the warehouse, particularly its layout
  • Participation in tenders, contract awards, and planning of warehouse relocations
  • Implementation of process training for external service providers
  • Participation in the development of warehouse processes within the logistics process landscape
  • Application of CIP methodology for continuous improvement of process quality
  • Responsibility for meeting key performance indicators (Bosch Distribution Standard KPIs)
  • Development of corrective measures in case of KPI deviations, ensuring implementation and monitoring sustainability
Qualifications
  • University degree in Economics or equivalent education
  • Profound understanding of logistical processes
  • Ability to work in an international team
  • Confident and cooperative manner when working with related departments and external service providers
  • Outcome-oriented work approach
  • Good knowledge of the ERP system SAP and MS Office
  • Willingness to travel (within working hours)
