Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Logistics Leader to join our team at the Gebze manufacturing plant.

Qualifications
  • Bsc. in Engineering or business administration
  • At least 5 years managerial experience

  • Highly analytical, motivated, result-oriented decisive thought leader with excellent managerial skills
Responsibilities
  • Lead Key AOP Financial Metrics for finish good warehouse and Transport
  • Deliver logistic core KPI’s, take necessary actions
  • Lead Effective 3PL Management, operation budgets, review and consolidate these budgets in monthly, quarterly and yearly base with finance team
  • Ensuring the necessary reports are issued to Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics teams within a timely manner
  • Effective stock & inventory management with counting accuracy, stock consistency conduct cycle counts
  • Create and manage productivity projects related to logistics, support productivity agenda
  • Ensure service to sales by nonstop truck loading
  • The execution and management of the current transportation agreements with finished product transport suppliers
  • Coordination between planning, production, warehouse and transport sustain %98 OTIF to customers
  • Managing logistics operations to realize cost minimization and service and operational efficiency maximization
  • Increasing the capability of Logistics Department
  • Focus on improving perceptions on Careers, Recognition and Celebration
  • Continue to step up EHS Culture
