Job summary

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in English; native Turkish is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing logistics, warehousing, transportation, customs, and supply chain operations.
• Proven track record of large-scale operational improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
• APICS certifications (CLTD/ CSCP/ CPIM) are highly desirable.
• Experience in Türkiye or similar markets with knowledge of customs/regulatory requirements.
• Strong financial acumen with budget management and cost optimization results.
• Lean, digital transformation, and continuous improvement experience.
