The LKAM’s main responsibility is to manage the sales relationship with the assigned group of Local Key Accounts through the annual agreements and the implementation of agreed merchandising standards in accordance with the DP’s set of operations (delivery, cash collection, etc.). Deliver sales volume in line with the targeted trade spend and maintain maximum distribution and availability of Red Bull products in line with the Perfect Store KPIs. Ensure the perfect execution of defined model store standards. Reporting to the NKAM, maintain the whole information flow from the buying negotiations and from the field as well.

ANNUAL AGREEMENTS & JOINT BUSINESS PLAN
- Completion of annual agreements respecting the conditionality principle and execution follow-up of all counterparts in relevant accounts.
- Create a Joint Business Plan (JBP) with the buyer and set a common promotional calendar to optimize sales and profitability.
- Manage logistics and financial processes, coordinating closely with the DP (ensure shipments and invoice transactions are proper).
- Conduct market analysis and research on account dynamics and develop action plans.
- Manage conflicts, negotiate effectively, and develop sales strategies.
- Conduct account reviews and top management meetings.
IN-STORE EXECUTION
- Ensure execution of all agreements and promotional activities, reaching maximum Perfect Store KPIs.
- Maintain close interaction with the field team and negotiate with buyers accordingly.
- Ensure product availability in all retailer outlets.
- Perform weekly field visits, control execution, and resolve issues through meetings with store managers and field staff.
- Train merchandising teams on execution principles and monitor their performance.
- Push for maximum orders, monitor stock levels, and optimize sales.
- Provide necessary reports (Forecast, P&L, etc.) and follow-up activities systematically.
BUILDING STRATEGIC BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS
- Develop excellent relationships during each call by providing first-class customer service to exploit all opportunities.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- Minimum 3 years of FMCG experience (branded or retail).
- Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.
- Strong selling skills: communication, negotiation, objection handling.
- Commercial awareness and basic understanding of commercial mathematics.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Mobility and a valid driving license.
- University Degree.
- Native Turkish speaker, fluent in English.
