Job summary

Hilton in Turkey is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to welcome guests, coordinate lobby activities, and support front office operations. You will respond to inquiries, share local tips, and ensure smooth group arrival processes.

• Organize and verify paperwork, rooming lists, and details to ensure timely delivery of guest amenities and group luggage.
• Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments.
• Assist department managers with clerical work such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying.

• Support special projects: Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
• Provide administrative support: Assist department managers with clerical work such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying
