Qualifications

• Preferably bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields


• 3–5 years of experience in project management; logistics experience is a strong asset


• Good knowledge of project management and change methodologies (DePICT and ACT are essential; DMAIC is a plus)


• Experience in both business and IT project delivery is highly valued


• Professional project management certification (PMI PMP, Prince2, IPMA Level C etc.) is desirable


• Minimum Upper Intermediate level in English, both verbal and written, is a must


• Very good command of MS Office tools


• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills


• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities


• Willing to work cooperatively as a team member


• High customer focus and teamwork spirit

Job Description

• Preparing detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations in line with stakeholder expectations


• Monitoring and reporting project progress while ensuring compliance with DHL project management methodology (DePICT)


• Managing and mitigating risks, handling issues proactively and escalating when needed


• Leading cross-functional project teams and ensuring team engagement and performance


• Driving benefit realization by aligning project outcomes with business goals


• Coordinating stakeholder communication across all levels and functions


• Supporting change management activities in line with ACT methodology


• Providing project documentation and ensuring compliance with governance and quality standards


• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
