Qualifications

  • Experience in supply chain division and multi modal transport operations (road, air and sea)
  • Having strong customer relationship management skills
  • International freight experience is desirable
Job Description
  • Handle the communication between Planners, Management, Service Providers, Customer CS/DC/Logistics
  • Creating the related KPI reports for the operation and report them in weekly and monthly basis
  • Lead the team in daily operations, ensure the success
  • Handle the urgent situations, query resolutions and work together with the customer
  • Improving the operations performance by defining the problems
  • Support the Project Team in finding the value creation projects
  • Lead the development of annual savings targets with the support of LLP management team and through assessment of opportunities and their value
  • Manage the individual processes and functions via direct subordinates by means of coaching, communicating agreed goals and performance standards
  • Monitor progress by means of these goals regularly
  • Handle the KPI meetings with the Service Providers with Delivery Team Supervisor
  • Attend operational reviews with the related parties
