Job summary

Kron in Turkey is seeking a Linux C Developer to build performance-critical, scalable software. Work ranges from resource-constrained embedded devices to high-capacity backend servers.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in computer engineering or related fields, strong knowledge of Linux kernels and POSIX APIs, and experience with multithreading and IPC. Bash, GNU Make, Python or Lua scripting skills are a plus. Excellent teamwork and communication are essential.

Ideal candidate should have prior knowledge of the Linux operating system internals. This is an interesting position with opportunity to work on from resource constrained small embedded devices to high capacity backend servers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in computer engineering or related fields
• Knowledge of Linux kernels
• Good knowledge of the Linux operating system (POSIX API, IPC, resource handling, processes and threads) Expertise in system development with C
• Experience in programming in multithreading environment
• Knowledge of IP network protocols
• Ideally, scripting language experience in Bash, GNU Make, Python, Lua
