Job summary

Roche Diagnostics Turkiye sucht eine erfahrene Rechtsberatung, die das Unternehmen in allen Fragen des Vertrags-, Wirtschafts- und Vergaberechts unterstützt. Sie arbeiten eng mit operativen Einheiten zusammen, prüfen Verträge zweisprachig und steuern Rechtsrisiken.

Sie verfügen über mind. 6–7 Jahre relevante Erfahrung, einen Abschluss in Recht (Master bevorzugt) und fließende Englischkenntnisse. Vorteilhaft ist Vorkenntnis im Gesundheitswesen; internationales Umfeld wird geboten.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Jurastudium (LL.B./J.D.).
• Mindestens 6–7 Jahre Erfahrung in Vertragsrecht, Wirtschaftsrecht und Vergaberecht.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen vorteilhaft.
• Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen ist von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• Vertragliche Dokumente entwerfen, prüfen und zweisprachig verhandeln.
• Führung von Schlüsselverhandlungen und Verwaltung von Vertragvorlagen.
• Überwachung gesetzlicher Entwicklungen und Risikobewertung für Geschäftsbereiche.
• Unterstützung bei Rechtsstreitigkeiten und Compliance-Projekten.
• Schulung von Mitarbeitern und externen Partnern zu Rechtsfragen.

Die Position

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Legal Counsel to join our Legal team at Roche Diagnostics Turkiye. In this role, you will play a key part in protecting our reputation and supporting strategic decision-making with expert legal guidance.

What will you do?

As a Legal Counsel, you will be a strategic partner for Roche, providing proactive and commercially focused legal services and solutions. You will oversee legal compliance, mitigate risks, support corporate governance, and advise on business operations. Your role includes managing contracts, handling litigation, monitoring regulatory developments, and ensuring company policies align with legal requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating bilingual legal documents such as contracts and agreements.

• Leading key contract negotiations and maintaining Roche’s contract template pool.

• Keeping company departments updated on changes in laws and recent cases, assessing potential risks, and offering legal solutions.

• Handling litigation to safeguard Roche’s legal rights and interests.

• Managing corporate maintenance topics, including company registration and corporate filings.

• Overseeing external legal counsel on various legal matters.

• Providing legal support for commercial and operational projects.

• Delivering legal training to employees and third parties, such as distributors and suppliers.

• Managing legal department reporting responsibilities and documentation.

Who are you?

As a Legal Counsel, you are a proactive and business-minded legal professional with a strong ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting, and you bring the following qualifications and skills:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Master’s preferred).

• At least 6-7 years of experience in contract law, commercial law, and tender law.

• Strong expertise in developing business models and customer solutions that drive superior business results.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

• High adaptability and eagerness for continuous learning and self-development.

• Exceptional analytical, investigative, and organizational skills.

• Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
