Your Responsibilities

• Supporting the Learning&Development team
• Taking active part in learning and development activities
• Following up with the HR Business Partner and the Business Units on training needs
• Responsible for end to end training organization (legal & mandatory, career development, soft skills, and technical training design, organization, evaluation of trainings and keeping records)
• Becoming a part of HR Team you will have a chance to learn about HR processes & especially Learning& Development cycle within the organization

Your Profile

• / Enrolling in a master program on going studentship is a must
• / Ability to work at least 4 days in a week
• / Good verbal and written English communication skills
• / Aim to have a career in HR Department speacially on the Academy side
• / High communication and presentation skills and flexible minded, creative and good team player
