Magnum Ice Cream Co. in Ümraniye invites you to join as Marketing Executive Intern – Digital Apps. You will support the execution of digital marketing operations across our consumer and business apps, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with goals.

You will collaborate with brand teams, assist growth strategy ideation, track KPIs, and support marketing automation and app measurement platforms, gaining real-world experience in growth marketing within a global FMCG setting.

Qualifications

• 4th grade at Bachelor’s degree / Master’s Degree / New Grad
• Available to contribute minimum 3 days a week
• Good level of strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Digital Savvy, forward thinker, future obsessed

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of digital marketing operations across B2C and B2B apps, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to run digital campaigns related to our apps
• Create marketing campaigns within our apps by collaborating with brand teams
• Assist in app growth strategy ideation and user acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Participate in campaign performance tracking and reporting, monitoring KPIs and deriving insights
• Support marketing automation and mobile measurement platforms (MMP) to enhance effectiveness
• Coordinate with app development supplier for smooth project execution and feature implementation
• Be part of a cross-functional digital squad with other digital brand teams
• Support Careline by organizing and translating app-related customer feedback into improvements
• Collaborate in planning and executing campaigns involving app integrations
• Contribute to internal process documentation and retrospective analyses
