Job summary

Beko Corporate is seeking an Engineer - R&D (Cleaning & Textile Care Technologies) to join our R&D Directorate in Çayırova, İstanbul. You will participate in developing advanced features for home appliances, evaluate cutting-edge designs, and advance experimental/computational modeling studies.

You will work in a project-based environment, collaborating across teams, with a focus on consumer-driven feature development and data-informed innovation, while showcasing strong English communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Textile Engineering.
• Experience in fluid or thermal system design via interim projects.
• Experience or high enthusiasm for data science.
• Responsible for experimental or computational modeling studies.
• Ability to work in a project-based organization with deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Willingness to do outstanding work.
• Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity.
• Open to communication is a priority.

Responsibilities

• Participating in R&D projects for developing new features and technologies for washing machines, tumble dryers, or dishwashers
• Evaluating designs, documents, standards, algorithms, patents, benchmarks, and technologies
• Learning and developing related tests and methods
• Analyzing market and technology trends to offer innovative projects.
• Understanding consumer insights and developing new features accordingly
