Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead .NET Developer / Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build and deploy AI-enabled solutions. You will work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to drive business-critical features powered by AI and to oversee the AI Software Development Life Cycle.

You will mentor teammates, ensure high code quality, and stay updated on the latest .NET and AI trends while delivering secure, scalable backend services and REST APIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a lead or senior role in .NET development.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Proven ability designing and implementing REST APIs for scalable services.
• Experience implementing AI SDLC with mature processes.
• Ability to collaborate directly with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and define solution architecture.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions using .NET technologies.
• Lead the implementation of business-critical features powered by AI.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend services.
• Mentor and guide team members on best practices and technical challenges.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and stay updated on .NET/AI trends.
