Fimple is seeking an experienced Loan Product Owner to join our team. You will bridge development teams and stakeholders to ensure loan products meet market demands and high standards of usability and regulatory alignment.

You will shape product direction, translate complex requirements into actionable work, and lead the loan product backlog to support strategic goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in banking, specifically in Loans.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage processes and the product team related to Loans.
• Work closely with other product development teams to ensure products are designed and developed in line with market needs.
• Own, prioritize, and continuously refine the Loan product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities, customer needs, and product strategy.
• Track product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure Loan products comply with relevant banking regulations and industry practices.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional, user-friendly solutions.
