Job summary

Beko Corporate in Manisa seeks a Lead Engineer - Software to lead embedded software development for washing machine control boards. You will participate in R&D, define requirements, and ensure on-time design, verification, and production approvals while upholding safety and performance standards.

Strong C skills and MCU knowledge are essential. The role emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and adaptability within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering or related fields is required.
• Strong knowledge of the C programming language.
• Familiarity with microcontroller architectures (Cortex M, AVR) and peripherals (ADC, Timers, SPI, I2C, UART, DMA).
• Ability to analyze code, perform reviews, and develop unit tests.
• Experience with Git as revision control.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in R&D projects to develop new products.
• Develop, maintain, and improve washing machine control software.
• Develop embedded software for electronic boards or coordinate with internal/external teams to do so.
• Prepare requirement files and specifications for electronic board designs, and establish standards.
• Evaluate customer demands and ensure design and verification plans are prepared and implemented.
• Ensure serial production approvals are completed on time.
• Monitor and implement product safety standards.
• Monitor and implement product performance standards.

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead Engineer - Software who will join our team at Washing Machine Plant Directorate .

• Participate in R&D projects to develop new products.
• Develop, maintain, and improve washing machine control software.
• Develop embedded software for electronic boards according to product needs, or ensure that it is carried out by other internal Beko groups or outsourced firms in compliance with international and Beko standards.
• Prepare requirement files and specifications for electronic board designs, and establish standards.
• Evaluate customer demands and ensure annual, monthly, and daily design and verification plans are prepared and implemented to produce the requested products fully and on time.
• Ensure that serial production approvals (domestic and international markets) are completed fully and on time according to project and production plans.
• Ensure monitoring and implementation of product safety standards.
• Ensure monitoring and implementation of product performance standards.

The position is located in Manisa.
