Job summary

Beko seeks a Lead Engineer - Process (Plastic) for our Manisa washing machine factory. You will lead mould design approvals, trials, and FSA processes, and prepare specifications for moulds and equipment. You will apply SPC and process capability analyses, and track supplier KPIs for plastic injection parts.

The role requires at least 6 years in plastic production, strong English, and proficiency with UG NX, AutoCAD, and SAP. Collaboration in a dynamic team is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of plastic raw materials (PP, ABS, PC, PA, POM, etc.) and injection processes.
• Operate plastic injection machines and robots; adjust process parameters.
• Use 3D modelling software UG NX and AutoCAD; perform mould flow analyses.

Responsibilities

• Manage mould design approvals and trials (T1 to T-final) and FSA processes.
• Prepare technical specifications for moulds and auxiliary equipment.
• Conduct process capability and SPC analyses.
• Report KPIs for suppliers of plastic injection parts; monitor production efficiency and part quality.
