Job Description

• Lead and coach multidisciplinary (international) teams on design-related topics.
• Coordinate design activities across internal departments, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and supervise the execution of project development plans.
• Ensure effective communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and an independent, proactive personality.
• Proven experience in the design and development of parts and assemblies for series production of consumer products.
• Solid knowledge of modern manufacturing methods (plastics, metals, seals).
• Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, FTA, DRBFM, and 8D.
• Creative, analytical, and result-oriented team player.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with tools and systems such as MS Office, SAP, Teamcenter, and UG NX.
