Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a senior leader to guide a team of trainers delivering Chemistry tasks for AI training in Turkey. You will ensure scientific accuracy, reproducibility, and safety across tasks while mentoring the team.

You will collaborate with computational chemistry specialists, set coding standards, review analyses, and communicate progress to project stakeholders, driving high-quality content for AI training pipelines.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent advanced expertise in Chemistry.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++, Julia, or Fortran.
• Hands-on experience with computational chemistry methods.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
• Ability to review code and analyses effectively.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Linux/terminal environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of trainers developing Chemistry tasks for AI training.
• Review tasks for chemical accuracy, reproducibility, and safety.
• Mentor trainers while ensuring high-quality delivery of tasks.
• Analyze and evaluate training content for grader reliability.
• Provide guidance on programming standards and practices.
