Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome, personalized service, and professional support to our residents / guests from arrival to departure.
- Proactively identify and fulfil all residents / guest requests and special needs by communicating with relevant departments.
- Greet residents / guests upon arrival, assist them during their stay, and bid farewell upon departure.
- Handle residents’ / guests’ complaints and feedback quickly and with a solution-oriented approach, record them, and forward them to relevant departments.
- Possess complete knowledge of residence / resort activities, events, and services; provide accurate and up-to-date information to residents / guests.
- Support reception duties when necessary.
- Actively engage with residents / guests throughout the residence / resort, anticipate their needs, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Accurately convey the brand and company philosophy to residents / guests and the team, and represent the brand internally.
- Attend daily briefings and training sessions, and manage team meetings when necessary.
- Fully comply with hotel policies, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- At least 2 years of experience in a Front Office or Guest Relations position, preferably in an international five-star hotel, residence / resort.
- Luxury hotel experience and familiarity with VIP welcoming protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong communication and representation skills, with an elegant and professional demeanour.
- Knowledge of hotel, residence / resort operations, computer systems (Opera, Microsoft Office, etc.), and general business information.
- Team-oriented, solution-focused, and dedicated to resident / guest satisfaction.
- Ability to adapt to flexible working hours, with a positive and energetic attitude.
