Overview

Konya IC Engineering Admin & Procurement Specialist,, Engineering - Supply Chain (IC). Reports to: Engineering Manager. Location: Konya, on-site. Scope: Local.

The Magnum Ice Cream Company, part of the Unilever Ice Cream division, is preparing to operate as an independent entity by the end of 2025. We are building a growth-driven organization that values innovation, ownership, performance, and delivering extraordinary ice cream experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and track administrative and procurement tasks within the engineering department to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Shift and Leave Management: Create and manage shift schedules and annual leave plans for the engineering team.
  • Contractor Management:
    • Track and control contractor progress payments.
    • Create purchase requisitions for contractor progress payments and Capex.
    • Track and report contractor assurance and organize assessments.
    • Manage contracts with permanent engineering contractors.
    • Perform new vendor and supplier registration and assess alternative suppliers.
  • Procurement and Budgeting:
    • Create and track purchase requisitions (PR) and open purchase orders (PO).
    • Track and report purchase requisitions awaiting procurement.
    • Create frameworks for consignment spare parts and support procurement for contracting.
    • Track and manage account transfers from RM to Capex.
    • Handle goods receipt of contractors and service suppliers.
    • Follow up on compliance for PO, GR, and invoices.
    • Create vendor extensions.
  • Training and Orientation: Develop orientation plans and mandatory training matrices for the engineering team; create and track training matrices ensuring completion of required training.
  • Personnel and Timekeeping: Manage seasonal personnel processes; oversee technician timekeeping and overtime follow-up.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Manage legislations and regulatory documents, including licenses and payments; create audit documents for third-party audits of the engineering department.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a multinational company in an administrative or procurement role within a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum associate’s degree in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and contracting.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and procurement software.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and audit preparation.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and perform risk assessments.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and high attention to detail; strong problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of financial principles and budgeting with ability to manage budgets.
  • Customer service orientation to support internal and external stakeholders.
