Job summary

Phenome Longevity, üst düzey bir klinik hemşiresi arıyor. Görevin amacı, kapsamlı klinik bakım ve hasta deneyimini yüksek standartlarda sunmaktır. Görev, kan alma, biyolojik örneklerle hasta eğitimini ve klinik süreçleri kapsar. Uluslararası hasta iletişimi veya premium sağlık hizmeti geçmişi avantaj sağlar. Pozisyon, Fatih'te yerleşik klinikte tam zamanlı ve yerinde çalışmayı gerektirir.

Qualifications

• Hemşirelik alanında lisans derecesi ve Sağlık Bakanlığı kaydı gereklidir.
• 5+ yıllık klinik hemşirelik deneyimi zorunludur.
• Özel hastane/vip sağlık merkezi tecrübesi tercih sebebidir.

Responsibilities

• Hasta kabulünün yönetimi, öykü alma ve klinik ön değerlendirme süreçleri.
• Kan alma işlemlerinin yüksek hassasiyet ve hasta konforuyla gerçekleştirilmesi.
• Hasta için kendi kendine örnek toplama yöntemleri konusunda bilgilendirme ve yönlendirme.
• Test süreçleri hakkında hastaları net ve güven verici şekilde bilgilendirme.
• Vital bulguların izlenmesi, klinik dokümantasyon ve onam süreçlerinin uygulanması.
• Randevu akışını, bekleme süresini ve klinik deneyimini bireysel olarak yönetme.

Role Summary

Phenome Longevity is looking for a Senior Clinical Nurse to serve an upscale patient profile, combining strong clinical competence with a refined patient experience standard. This role covers technical responsibilities ranging from blood collection to clinical follow-up processes, paired with experience working with a distinguished patient base.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient intake, history-taking, and clinical pre-assessment processes
• Perform blood draws with a high standard of precision and patient comfort
• Clearly guide patients through correct self-collection methods for sample types such as saliva and urine
• Inform patients clearly and reassuringly about testing processes
• Manage vital sign monitoring, clinical documentation, and informed consent processes in full
• Personally manage appointment flow, waiting time, and the overall clinical experience
• Coordinate patient follow-up with physicians and the multidisciplinary team (genomics consultant, dietitian, health coach)
• Apply infection control, sterilization, medical supply, and waste management standards
• Fully implement emergency response protocols
• Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality standards with heightened sensitivity

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience
• Direct patient experience in a private hospital or premium health/check-up center setting

Technical Knowledge

• Blood draw techniques and sample handling
• Ability to properly guide and educate patients on self-collected sample types (saliva, urine)
• Vital sign monitoring and clinical documentation standards
• Proficiency with clinical information systems (HIS/EMR)
• Professional, detail-oriented communication with a discerning patient profile
• Calm, solution-oriented demeanor under pressure or in crisis situations
• Discipline for working in environments with heightened confidentiality and reputational sensitivity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience serving international patients or working in a foreign language (English B2+)
• Experience in a premium check-up center, longevity clinic, or boutique health facility
• Background in concierge or personalized healthcare service models
