Key Account Sales Specialist (Commercial Vehicles)

About the Team:

We are expanding our Sales& Market team across Istanbul and looking for Key Account Sales Specialist (Commercial Vehicles) to join us in Istanbul with Division Aftermarket.

What you can look forward to as Key Account Sales Specialist:

  • Conduct regular customer visits on a weekly and monthly basis and report visit details.
  • Inform customers about new developments, campaigns, price discounts, and product launches, while promptly addressing inquiries related to backorders, delivery schedules, product availability, and technical or commercial product questions.
  • Provide technical expertise on Air Processing Units, Electronically Controlled Air Brake Systems, and Telematics solutions for commercial vehicles, and offer support for customer requests related to these systems.
  • Manage customer payments and monitor payment terms and credit risk levels.
  • Forecast responsible customer's sales, support setting customer targets and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collect and report market sale activities such as new product launches, campaigns etc.
  • Communicate customer marketing needs to the Marketing Department and implement strategies to boost responsible product sales.

Your profile as Key Account Sales Specialist:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar commercial vehicles spare parts sales role.
  • Self-motivated personality with very good communication skills, and has ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP sales programs.
