This role is designed for a motivated young professional who will learn all aspects of the business—from sales and customer management to strategy and operations—while preparing to take on future leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the founder to support daily commercial and strategic activities
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers (discounters, local retail chains, Horeca)
  • Contribute to new customer acquisition efforts and support market expansion
  • Assist in profitability analysis, pricing, and cost management
