Overview

Carex Sweden is a fast-growing Dermocosmetic and FMCG company, marketing leading clean cosmetic and dermocosmetic brands primarily in selected European Countries (Sweden, Turkey, Romania, Benelux and Germany), Middle East and CIS Countries.

For our Istanbul office, we are looking for a highly motivated Key Account Sales Manager.

The brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below;

Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in key account/channel sales management, preferably within the FMCG and cosmetics sector,
  • Strong knowledge of cosmetics chains (Gratis,Watsons , Rossmann, Eve, etc.) and discount retailers (BIM, A101, Şok, etc.),
  • Established portfolio and in-depth understanding of market dynamics,
  • Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies, budgeting, and target achievement,
  • Experienced in team leadership and stakeholder relationship management,
  • Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills,
  • Proficient in MS Office applications,
  • Self-confident, solution-oriented, and proactive in taking initiative,
  • Able to travel and actively drive.
Job Description
