Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a proactive professional to support the Modern Trade team in managing large-scale product code transition projects across key customers. You will ensure accurate process execution, maintain documentation, and coordinate cross-functional activities across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.

• Coordinate product code transition projects across Modern Trade customers, ensuring timely follow-up of documentation, customer requirements, and process milestones for approximately 200 SKUs.
• Monitor and track customer communications, approval processes, and operational requirements, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and relevant customer teams.
• Support the preparation of B2B sales analyses, performance reports, and business insights to identify opportunities and improve execution.

The role

To support the Modern Trade team in managing large-scale product code transition projects across key customers, ensuring accurate process execution, documentation tracking, and cross-functional coordination. The role will also contribute to business reporting and performance analysis to support data-driven decision making.
