What You Will Enjoy Doing

We are looking for " Key Account Manager" to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will serve as the main contact for designated international and local customers, managing all commercial requests and fostering strong long-term partnerships. This role focuses on maximizing business opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction through close collaboration with internal technical and production teams.

  • Managing a portfolio of key customer accounts by building strong, trust-based relationships and ensuring long-term business partnerships.
  • Driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, meeting revenue and volume targets, and aligning actions with strategic business objectives.
  • Acting as the main contact between customers and internal teams across commercial, technical, and operational functions to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
  • Preparing business plans, conducting cost and article calculations, managing pricing processes, and supporting the successful launch of new products.
  • Leading the end-to-end tender and contract management process, including RFQ responses, commercial negotiations, and the implementation of service level agreements.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to proactively adjust sales strategies and provide tailored, value-adding solutions.
  • Overseeing commercial reporting activities including annual budgeting, monthly performance tracking, customer business reviews, and payment follow-up in collaboration with finance.

What makes you great

  • A completed technical or commercial bachelor's or master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Economics
  • At least 4 years of experience in Key Account Management or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and interest in the technical side of product manufacturing
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, ideally with knowledge of the plastic packaging industry
  • Fluent English is required; additional languages are an asset
