What You'll Be Doing
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key customers,
  • Understanding the needs and expectations of the customer,
  • Determining the needs, requests, and complaints,
  • Coordinating the departments in order to ensure the continuity of the satisfaction of key customers,
  • Systematic follow-up and guidance for more effective management of logistics operations provided by Arvato,
  • Managing the contract process,
  • Analysing P&L for key customers,
  • Creating cross-selling opportunities.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the logistics sector or e-commerce sector,
  • Minimum 3 years of key account management experience,
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Advanced level of Excel is a must),
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Being innovative, detail-oriented, result-oriented, problem-solving, and having negotiation skills,
  • Time management, planning, and reporting skills,
  • Energetic, proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative,
  • Analytical skills with a leadership approach and a good team player,
  • Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken,
  • Have an active driving license (Type B),
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
