Tchibo is a unique company because it operates both as a retailer and coffee shop, and also sells its FMCG branded products through retail chains and its own online store. Initially focused more on non-food retail in Turkey, over recent years Tchibo Turkey has emphasized its coffee heritage and expertise in its local offering.

We’re looking for a Key Account Executive to join our growing organization.

Job Description:

  • Achieve the monthly sales targets
  • Establish strong relationships with our key accounts
  • Understand key customers’ needs and requirements, Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Implement the company prioties, channel & brand strategies 100% in own field.
  • Ensure execution and tracking down to store level and sell out
  • Share joint business plan with the accounts and execute them and monthly updating JBP (Plan and realize), control forecast accuracy
  • Implement projects and opportunities with the help of KAM, and in this direction offering different suggestions
  • Report and provide information of competitors in the field by following them continuously in order to ensure competition
  • Tracking of reconciliation/open account and payment
  • Prepare regular reports/presentations of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
  • Minimum 4-8 years of professional experience in account management
  • Proven track record in Account Management or Business Development
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Customer oriented & team player, result oriented
  • Proficiency in English
