Job summary

Atos SE in Çankaya is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for new graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience in software development. We are growing our team for the next phase of our strategic defense industry project, further strengthening our position in the sector through our newly renewed long-term contract and are looking for Junior Software Engineers based in Ankara.

Technical Requirements

• B.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in software development (Fresh graduates with strong internship experience or graduation projects are welcome).
• Foundational knowledge of C# and .NET development
• Basic knowledge of Angular and TypeScript (or willingness to learn modern front-end frameworks).
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and core software design principles.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL (Basic knowledge of ORMs like Entity Framework is a plus).
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON/XML web services.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies, methodologies, and tools.
• Good communication skills and a strong team-player attitude.

Nice To Have Areas of Experience

• Prior internship or project experience using .NET and Angular.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development processes.
• Basic knowledge of desktop application development with WPF (XAML).
• Any exposure to cloud or DevOps concepts (e.g., Azure, Docker) is a plus.
