Job description

Tribe is a start-up mobile app company specializing in developing and marketing its mobile applications. We are a young and dynamic team that is currently growing rapidly and we're looking for a Jr. Project Manager to help us coordinate and deliver high-quality mobile app projects from our office. The ideal candidate will contribute to project management, support QA processes, and take ownership of some Product Owner tasks to ensure smooth delivery. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

Here’s what you will be doing

  • Plan, monitor, and track project progress across multiple mobile app teams
  • Organize and facilitate daily Scrum and sprint planning meetings
  • Collect and refine business requirements, translate them into actionable user stories
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Write and maintain clear documentation for tasks, features, and releases
  • Support QA activities by assisting in preparing test cases and participating in basic app testing
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and product owners to align priorities
  • Ensure tasks are delivered on time and meet quality standards
  • Act as a bridge between business requirements and technical execution

How you will spend your time

  • Coordinating projects and supporting Scrum ceremonies
  • Gathering requirements and managing product backlog
  • Tracking tasks and reporting in ClickUp
  • Assisting in QA testing and validating features
  • Researching and improving project workflows

Education & Work Experience & Technical Requirements

  • BA degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Software Engineering, Communication or a related field
  • 1 year of experience in project management or related roles (internship experience is acceptable)
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools
  • Basic knowledge of mobile app development lifecycle is a plus
  • Ability to support test case creation and simple app validation
  • Good command of English (written & spoken)
