The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-calibre Junior Project Manager with a technical background in engineering or architecture.

As a Junior Project Manager At Arup, You Will

  • Assist the project management activities including the design management, program management, project planning, procurements, and contract strategy, cost and value management, tender preparation, budgeting and preparation of bills of quantities for all project types, i.e. commercial, retail, leisure, offices, museums, university facilities, residential, multi‑purpose buildings and healthcare/highly serviced buildings, and aviation.

We’re looking for graduates who are passionate about project management and delivering sustainable outcomes for clients. We also value:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering from reputable universities,
  • MSc in Project or Construction Management is a must,
  • Working knowledge of standard computer programs,
  • For a project planning a sound knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera is required,
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn and to take on new challenges,
  • Ability to liaise and communicate with integrated multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholders,
  • Effective communication and presentation skills,
  • No travel restrictions (national & international)
  • Have a driver’s license,
  • For male candidates, military service must be completed.
