Main responsibilities will include:
- Participating in Human Resources projects that enhance employee experience and strengthen organizational culture
- Supporting hiring processes as needed
- Supporting onboarding processes for new team members
- Taking responsibility for learning & development processes, starting from the planning phase
- Communicating with stakeholders regarding online learning platforms
- Contributing to internal communication projects and proposing new ideas
- Preparing internal announcement content (text, visuals, videos) and coordinating with the design team when necessary
- Supporting the planning and execution of internal events, employee engagement initiatives, and communication projects
- Preparing and sharing regular reports related to assigned areas
- Managing KVKK operational processes for internal communication projects and events
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or related functions
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
- Self-motivated, proactive, and positive attitude
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- An analytical, data-driven approach
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
