JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Branch Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of AECC branch, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.

As Junior Branch Manager, you will primarily work closely and assist Manager in managerial tasks in dedicated branch. In addition, this position will play important role in developing, coordinating, and executing marketing activities and localised initiatives in respective branch. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with leadership potential to grow and develop within AECC Indonesia.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Branch Operations: Manage and supervise daily branch activities and ensure a smooth working environment on a daily basis.
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Ensure proper staffing levels and manage scheduling.
  • Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring high-quality service delivery, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Business Development: Collaborate with the marketing team and Business Development Specialist to meet or exceed branch sales targets. Identify opportunities for business growth and actively participate in local marketing initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Implement and enforce security and safety measures within the branch.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage branch budgets, expenses, and financial reports. Work towards achieving financial objectives and profitability targets.

YOUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within counsellor or senior counsellor position.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and generic finance functions.
  • Experience in people management.
