Job description

We are looking for a Junior and Senior Attorneys who will be working in the intellectual property field for our business partner.

Advises the business on all aspects of intellectual property law, including brand clearance, protection, enforcement, and copyright matters,
Manages IP litigation processes end to end,
Handles trademark prosecution, opposition, and appeal procedures before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, (TURKPATENT)
Drafts and negotiates IP-related agreements such as assignments and licenses,
Prepares internal IP policies and provides strategic input on brand and IP portfolio management,
Supports complex legal contracts and cross-functional initiatives involving IP rights,
Identifies and handles infringement matters, initiates legal actions when necessary, and follows through on enforcement,
Monitors legal developments and ensures compliance with local and international IP regulations.

Law degree from a reputable university,
2–3 years of experience for junior candidates; at least 4–5 years of experience for senior candidates,
