Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Technology and Information Systems.

• Basic knowledge of how Java works: memory layout (stack/heap), object references, GC basics.
• Knowledge of standard Java collections.
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming, event loops, non-blocking I/O, and their execution models.
• Experience with multithreading and concurrent programming.
• Ability to write high-performance, maintainable and reusable code.
• Experience in Project Reactor, or similar technologies like RxJava or Vert.x would be a great plus.
