Description

IT Supervisor who will ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems and manage IT functions with a proactive approach while providing support to the maintenance team

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the uninterrupted 24/7 operation of all computer and IT systems in the property
• Resolve technical and operational issues reported by users
• Ensure that hardware and software are functioning properly and that application performance is optimized
• Ensure regular backups are performed and checked
• Protect the network, systems, and data from unauthorized access
• Monitor data security and GDPR compliance
• Keep all systems updated with the latest security patches
• Design and implement new computer-based procedures to improve efficiency in cooperation with other department heads
• Coordinate the installation of new applications and upgrades of existing applications
• Implement all corporate IT-related policies and procedures
• Administer IT infrastructure (multimedia systems, printers, internet servers, telephone systems, etc.)
• Initiate, implement, and further develop new projects

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Completed vocational training or university degree in IT
• Professional experience in a similar position
• Experience in the international luxury hotel industry is preferred
• Experience with PMS and POS software.
