Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Project Management in mid/large scale projects (preferably in Insurance or Finance sectors).
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of common technology components.
  • Knowledge of agile project methodologies and project delivery techniques. (Project Management certification is a plus).
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Visio, JIRA, etc.
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiations and problem-solving.
  • Successful in stress management.
  • Result and solution oriented.
  • Good command of English.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and release plan using agile project methodologies.
  • Work closely with Scrum Teams ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and manage change requests throughout the lifetime of the project.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding and realization of solutions.
  • Support Scrum Teams in effective product backlog management, removal of impediments and dependencies with other Scrum Teams, Partners and Vendors.
  • Assist with contract and third-party management processes.
  • Coordinate the day to day running of Scrum Team through stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives and planning.
  • Adoption of agile process, mentoring teams to develop maturity level and self-actualization.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders & PMO.
