Job summary

A leading logistics company in Marmara Bölgesi, Ataşehir, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to manage TMS and WMS projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in supply chain logistics IT solutions and be proficient in project management and advanced IT skills. This role requires excellent communication abilities and a strong educational background in engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain, logistics IT solutions or relevant sector as an IT Project Manager.
• Advanced level both in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for the project and responsible for providing regular project updates.
• Establish methodologies and principles in collaboration with PMO.
• Responsible for project management in the area of software/business solutions.
• Perform process analysis, improvement, and reengineering.

Job Description

Managing the complete life cycle of TMS (Transportation Management System), WMS (Warehouse Management System) and customer integration projects, including initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing of projects to ensure planned results and achieved on time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for the project and will be responsible for providing regular project updates to all project stakeholders, as well as serving as the initial point of contact for all project-related escalations.
• Establish methodologies and principles in close collaboration with PMO
• Responsible for project management in the area of software / business solution
• Perform process analysis, improvement and reengineering
• Keeping track of project budget and actuals
• Measure existing processes performance and provide improvement solutions
• Cooperating with the technical departments and coordinating external service partners
• Coordinating training concepts and executing trainings
• Responsible for the change management and the user communication in the area of software/business solutions
• Implementation set up and create/maintain comprehensive project/end-user documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar
• Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain, logistics IT solutions or relevant sector as an IT Project Manager
• Advanced level both in written and spoken English
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL, MS Asp.Net, C#, Java, Asp script, HTML
• Strong communication and team work skills
