Job summary

ICBC Turkey Bank is seeking an IT Audit teammate to join the Internal Audit Department in Maslak, Istanbul. You will support IT audits, assess IT risks, and help ensure controls around networks, applications, and data meet regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities include reviewing access controls, change management, IT governance, information security, continuity and data management; preparing work papers; and collaborating with IT and business units to strengthen control environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, MIS, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of IT Audit, IT Assurance, or related experience
• Good written and verbal Turkish and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and develop in IT audit field
• Military service completed or postponed for at least 2 years (for male candidates)
• Certifications such as CISA / CISM / CRISC are a plus
• Basic knowledge of banking regulations related to Information Systems is a plus
• Experience in project management, system development or information security is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support risk-based audits of IT service providers and vendors
• Identify audit issues and prepare clear and concise audit findings and reports
• Prepare audit work papers and supporting documentation in a timely manner
• Follow up on action plans related to audit findings
• Support the preparation of the annual IT audit plan
• Provide IT-related audit support to other audit teams when needed
• Work closely with IT and business units during audit activities

ICBC Turkey Bank is searching for a IT Audit teammate to be recruited in the Internal Audit Department under our Head Office building located in Maslak, Istanbul.

General Qualifications

The IT Audit Team Member will support the Information Systems (IS) Audit Manager in performing IT audit activities at ICBC Turkey Bank A.Ş. The role includes supporting audits of IT systems and controls, such as networks, applications and databases, in line with applicable regulations and Bank policies. The position also requires close cooperation with other audit teams, business units and IT teams.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Audit, IT Assurance, Information Security, IT Risk or a related field
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and develop in the IT audit field
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Military service completed or postponed for at least 2 years (for male candidates)
• CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or similar certifications are a plus
• Basic knowledge of banking regulations related to Information Systems and Electronic Banking Services is a plus
