Overview

We are looking for an IT Analyst for our global client.

Responsibilities
  • Implement regional and local infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of the server room, LAN, and WAN network equipment.
  • Work with local vendors and support partners for IT equipment procurement and maintenance; manage related contracts and processes.
  • Collaborate closely with business partners to understand needs and develop effective technological solutions.
  • Manage application change requests, and conduct all necessary testing and validation.
  • Ensure that all applications and the technical infrastructure remain compliant with internal and external audit standards.
  • Support business process transformation by applying new technologies; research and implement innovative approaches.
  • Engage with various internal departments and external organizations to resolve operational issues.
  • Implement and support online meeting solutions based on business requirements, including all necessary technical assessments and preparations.
  • Keep employees informed about processes, applications, and technological changes through regular communication and training sessions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a technical field. (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering)
  • Excellent command of English, with the ability to work effectively with international teams.
