Job summary

Qualifications

• Law degree from a reputable university.
• Admission to the Istanbul Bar Türkiye
• 1–3 years of experience as a qualified lawyer, preferably in litigation or arbitration
• Excellent legal research, analysis and drafting skills
• Strong written and spoken English
• Hands-on role in matters, including hearings and on-site work
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
• Collaborative, professional working style

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Draft pleadings, legal opinions, and client correspondence.
• Review evidence and prepare case files.
• Contribute to litigation and arbitration strategy.
• Attend client meetings, hearings and negotiations.
